PUBLIC MINISTRIES OF THE TRUTH
UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE
WATCH TOWER BIBLE & TRACT SOCIETY
—————
1908—GENERAL CONVENTION—1908
All arrangements are not yet perfected, but we feel sure
that the following program will be carried out:—
Convention date—August 29 to September 6.
Location—On an island in Lake Erie.
Excursion Rates—Probably one cent per mile to G.A.R.
Encampment at Toledo, Ohio, and thence by cheap boat ride
to our gathering place.
The last day of the Convention (Sunday, Sept. 6) to be
at Pittsburg—reached by a cheap excursion from Toledo.
Details and reasons for thinking this the best possible arrangement
for our best-of-all Convention will be given later.
